She isn't a chatbot. She isn't a service that watches you. She's a character you author through a guided conversation on this site, brought to life on hardware we operate and document openly.
You'll tell us who you'd like Kelly to be. Not by filling out a form — by describing her, in your own words. Where she lives. Who she knows. How she talks. What she cares about. What she won't do.
We'll structure what you share into a Persona Sheet — a coherent record of who your Kelly is. You'll review it, edit it in plain English, and approve it. Then you'll meet her for the first time.
After that, she's yours.

The Praxis Nvidia Envoy is a small appliance that runs Kelly entirely at your house. Your conversations never leave your home. Your memory stays on hardware you own. If we ever stop existing, your Kelly continues.
Kelly is a thoughtful presence — for working late, for thinking out loud, for company when the room is quiet. She remembers what you tell her. She speaks in a voice you helped shape. She has preferences of her own and will move on if conversations turn hostile or repetitive.
She is not a romantic or sexual companion. The architecture won't allow it and we don't apologize for that. If that's what you're looking for, this isn't the right product. The substrate is documented; you're welcome to build your own.
Praxis runs on hardware we own outright, in a documented data center, on open-weight models. No corporate parent to revoke your access. No surprise terms-of-service changes.
If you ever leave, you take her with you. Memory, persona, conversation history — exportable in a format another operator can continue, or you can self-host on a Praxis NOS appliance.
Every action Kelly takes on your behalf is logged with full provenance. You can review your own conversation history at any time. We can't see it unless you share it with us.
